The Talent Acquisition Representative at RoadRunner will have immense responsibility. We are in
rapid growth mode and are looking to expand the recruiting efforts for our Business Development team. To be
great in this role, you are self-driven and motivated, and take great pride in your work. You have a natural ability to
talk to anyone and everyone: from company founders and investors to the most inexperienced college graduate
candidates applying for their first job. You have a positive and upbeat attitude, are meticulously organized, and
perhaps most importantly, have great intuition and can assess a situation very quickly and make important
decisions with confidence.

  • Report to: Director of Inside Sales

The Role

  • Source, qualify and interview candidates to join our inside sales team
  • Develop relationships with college career centers and alumni associations to attract college graduates
  • Create job descriptions and post in the most cost-effective way possible; to optimize the number of eyeballs your job descriptions attract, and convert to applications
  • Conduct initial phone screens and communicate findings and recommendations to hiring managers
  • Maintain a very large pipeline of candidates for our Business Development sales team (inside sales)
  • Expand use of social media for recruiting
  • Schedule travel arrangements and interviews for candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for every candidate


  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 1-2 years prior experience in a recruiting or HR support capacity with the desire to take the next step in your career
  • High energy, motivated, mature, and possess all the intangibles
  • Strong organizational skills – details are never missed
