Within one month, RoadRunner had negotiated a 15% cost savings for South Chicago Packing’s hauling services through data-informed rate negotiation and service optimization with zero disruptions to their service schedule or daily operations.
RoadRunner was also able to identify upstream recycling opportunities for the animal lard byproduct, implementing a specialized collection service to further reduce South Chicago Packing’s waste to landfill and strengthen their position as a sustainable partner to Chipotle.
