When submitting a request regarding our services, completing forms and surveys, requesting support, using live chat, entering information on our website, participating in RoadRunner webinars, or subscribing to marketing communications, you may be asked to provide Personal Information. Additionally, we may collect Personal Information at events you attend or during phone calls with our representatives. This information is collected when you choose to provide it to us.

RoadRunner may also need to collect additional information to verify your identity in order to fulfill your request. Please note, some exclusions may apply to the rights listed above. In the event your request is denied, RoadRunner will provide a reason for such denial and you may appeal such denial by emailing legal@roadrunnerwm.com detailing the basis for which the denied request must be granted.

Children's Privacy

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.

Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our website and use our services. Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
